The first metal detector, developed by Ilia Kanchev in 1975, works on the basis of comparing two frequencies. A generator with two transistors serves as a standard generator. The second generator of sine voltage, with one transistor. The searching coil is connected to the collecting circuit of the generator. This is the metal sensitive part of the detector. The two frequencies blend in a detector, which is placed on the entrance of a low-frequency amplifier with two transistors. When blended. a low pulse frequency appears. This frequency can be heard on the entrance of the low-frequency amplifier using headphones. Sensitivity in air, max - 50 cm

М601-М603 metal detectors. Developed by I. Kanchev in 1995, made in 1995-1996. They work on the basis of compring two radio signals with very close frequency. Both of the signals have a frequency of 100KHz. The two sine-like signals are converted in square impulses. Then the fronts of the two signals are digitally compared. The result is a very high sensitivity for these types of metal detectors. There's an automatic, slowed tracking of the frequency of the main generator by the searching coil's generator. This way the detector works much more steadily, and is compensating the Earth's effect as well. There two modes for slow and fast tracking of the frequency. A coin with a size of 1 inch is detected at a distance of 15 -17 cm ( 6-7 inches). Discriminates metals. Sensitivity in air, max - 120 cm

VLF 210 metal detector. Constructed by
I. Kanchev in 1997. Sold between 1997
and 1999. Presents greatly
improved parameters. Works on the basis of comparing the phase difference.
The searching coil is composed of two other coils, which are in an
induction balance. There are two independent channels. One of them
works in a mode - "all metals", and the other in a mode
discriminating metals. This way the maximum sensitivity is reached.
The working frequency is 6,5 KHz. Sensitivity in air, max - 250 cm. |

The two channels of the metal detector has a separate
arrowed indicator. The coil size is 33 cm. It can be disassembled
to 5 parts. There's a metal body, specially designed for this detector,
and a built-in speaker. The headphones are an optional choice. There's
a button that sets all options to default, and two external settings
- earth balance level and sound volume.

TR 6 metal detector. This is a depth metal detector. Works on the basis "transmitting - receiving". It's developed by I. Kanchev in 1996. On the market between 1996 and 1999. All details are made of metal, as well as the bodies of the transmitting and receiving coils. It's assembled very easily, the user can construct it in 8 seconds and disassemble it in 5 seconds. It has a working frequency of 21 KHz. Sensitivity in air, max - 580 cm. |

||||
There's a separate channel for detecting hollows. Has an excellent earth balance. If used properly, it can discriminate metals. One set of batteries grants a power supply for about 50 hours. There's a built-in speaker, a slot for headphones, an arrowed indication with three functions - amplitude of the signal, settings, battery test.

PI 701 metal detector KIT . Impulse metal detector. Designed by I. Kanchev in 2003. Fully-controlled by a micro processor. Has a LCD display, showing the amplitude of the signal. The signal's levels can be followed using headphones, too. The sound from headphones can be modified by frequency and amplitude, depending on its level. There's an external regulator - for the sound volume. Construction KIT. Designed to be assembled at home. Can work with coils with a size between 2,5 cm and 100 cm. The sensitivity in air is dependant on the size of the coil. Sensitivity in air, max- 100 cm.

PI907 metal detector. An impulse metal detector with excellent characteristics. Developed by I. Kanchev in 2005. Works with 4 coils. 108 changeable parameters using a software, as well as 4 programmable coils. There's a built-in rechargeable battery, two potentiometers for external settings - depth and sound volume. The display shows the set parameters, working mode and the type of the coil set. Indication - built-in speaker or external headphones. There are three main buttons of the micro processor on the front panel. The sensitivity in air is dependant on the size of the coil. Sensitivity in air, max- 12 m.

PI 807-KIT metal detector. Impulse metal detector with excellent characteristics. Developed in 2006 by I. Kanchev. Works with two coils. Has 54 parameters for adjustments that can be chosen and set with the software, as well as two types of coils. Has two potentiometers for external adjustments - sound volume and depth. The LCD display shows the settings parameters, the work mode and the type of the searching coil. Indication for a detected signal -- supplied by a built-in high-speaker or external headphones. Has three buttons, controlling the microprocessor, on the front panel. The maximum theoretical depth for detection using a square coil 100x100 cm is 12 meters. Consists of:

An
electronic device for bee poison extraction. Designed by
I. Kanchev in 1991. On the market from 1991 to
now. Presents an independent electronic device powered with two
type AA batteries, granting power supply for over a month. It's
put in front of the hive, irritating bees without harming them
in any way. The poison remains on the glass, and when it dries,
it's scratched off the glass and collected. |
