Electronic device for bee poison extraction The bee poison extraction device presents the most rational way for collecting bee poison in front of the hive at the zone of ventilation, while being completely safe for the bees. Unlike the inside oriented extracting devices, this model reduces the unwanted components in the poison to minimum, thus raising the quality to greater levels. These electronic devices serve each bee family individually and can be used for up to 3 hours without harming them in any way.
If necessary, two gentle knocks on the hive make the bees come out in swarms. The electronic devices work perfect even separately, using two R6 (АА) type batteries. One set of batteries supplies enough power for collecting poison for over and month, and then it can easily be changed with a new one. The devices don't require any additional adjustments or settings. They're placed on the front entrance of the hive and then turned on. After 30 to 60 minutes the glasses have to be removed, with the white crystals of bee poison on them. Thirty minutes in a shady place is enough for the poison to dry, and then it's easily scraped off the glass, using a knife for example. While working with the devices, it's better safety measures to be taken for the eyes and lungs, and hands to be washed after work. The bee poison can be stored in small dark glass bottles. If stored in a fridge, the poison doesn't lose its properties for over a year. For increased the quality and the durability of the poison, it can be lyophilized. Treated this way and stored in a fridge, the poison keeps its properties for 5 years.
The reasonable use of the device doesn't affect the extraction of the other bee products. During the active season, 0,1 to 0,2 grams of poison are produced from a bee family per day. One device is sufficient for serving 3 to 5 bee families one after another with the highest effectiveness.
